Hello Math Gurus, Me and my friend have been trying to solve a couple of problems based on logarithms. They are a part of our homework in Algebra 1 and are due next week. Could you please guide us in finishing it. We are actually looking for a software that can guide us in getting this done.

You’re not alone. In fact, I had the same woes just before I discovered something very cool. Have you heard about Algebrator? If you have not heard anything about this great piece of software yet, let me enlighten you a bit about this software. This is a software that helps you to solve math problems and at the same time you could learn from it because it displays a step-by-step procedure of solving the problem. It helped me in my problems in math and my marks significantly improved since I tried this. Be reminded that it does not only display the answer but it helps you learn how to solve the problem that makes it very educational.

I know a couple of professors who use Algebrator themselves to teach students.

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 1. It is a really a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with function range, subtracting exponents and y-intercept. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
