Hi math lovers , I heard that there are certain software that can help with us studying ,like a teacher substitute. Is this really true? Is there a program that can assist me with algebra ? I have never tried one thus far , but they shouldn't be hard to use I think . If anyone tried such a software , I would really appreciate some more information about it. I'm in College Algebra now, so I've been studying things like square root of exponent and it's not easy at all.

Sounds like your concepts are not clear . Excelling in square root of exponent requires that your concepts be strong . I know students who actually start tutoring juniors in their first year. Why don’t you try Algebrator? I am quite sure, this program will help you.

I’ve been using this software since a year now, and it has never let me down. It won’t just solve a question for you, but it’ll also give details of every step that was taken to arrive at a particular answer. And that’s the best feature in my opinion. I was having a lot of problems tackling questions based on square root of exponent but ever since I started using software, math has been really easy for me.

A truly piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving radical expressions, y-intercept and absolute values. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Remedial Algebra, Intermediate algebra and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
