I think God must have been in a really bad mood that he came up with something called math to trouble us! I’ve spent hours trying to figure out a solution to this algebra problem which relates to algebra word problems using division method and I still can’t solve it. I’m particularly having problems with parallel lines, equation properties and radicals. Can anyone throw some light on how to go about solving such problems? I’ve tried all ways that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent guidance now. Anybody?

A extraordinary piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving proportions, quadratic inequalities and graphing parabolas. Just by typing in the problem from homework and clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my algebra homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Pre Algebra, Pre Algebra and Remedial Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
