I'm having great difficulty finding the logic behind the question regarding quotient of variable with exponent. Can someone please help me to know how to come up with a detailed answer and explanation regarding quotient of variable with exponent especially in topic of complex fractions? I was taught how to do this before but now I forgot and confused how to solve it. I find it difficult to understand it alone so I think I need assistance since I believe I can’t do this on my own .
