Hi Dudes , I am urgently in need of guidance for clearing my maths exam that is nearing. I really do not intend to resort to the assistance of private masters and online tutoring since they prove to be quite expensive . Could you suggest a perfect tutoring software that can guide me with learning the principles of Remedial Algebra. Particularly, I need assistance on absolute values and rational expressions.

Due to health reasons you may have missed a few classes at school, but what if I can you can simulate your classroom, in your house ? In fact, right on the laptop that you are working on? All of us have missed some classes at some point or the other during our life, but thanks to Algebrator I’ve never been left behind . Just like a teacher would explain in the class, Algebrator solves our queries and gives us a detailed description of how it was answered. I used it basically to get some help on roots of quadratic equations and interval notation. But it works well for just about everything you can think of .

It is good to know that you wish to improve your math and are taking efforts to do so. I think you should try Algebrator. This is not exactly a tutoring device but it provides solutions to math problems in a very descriptive manner. And the best thing about this software product is that it is very user friendly. There are a lot of demos given under various topics which are quite helpful to learn the subject. Try it and wish you good luck with math.

Can a software really help me learn my math? Guys I don’t want something that will solve equations for me, instead I want something that will help me understand the subject as well.

Hello dudes , Based on your comments , I ordered the Algebrator to get myself equipped with the basics of Intermediate algebra. The explanations on function composition and converting decimals were not only graspable but made the whole topic pretty interesting. Thanks a bunch for all of you who directed me to have a look at the Algebrator!

Algebrator is the program that I have used through several math classes - Basic Math, Basic Math and Basic Math. It is a really a great piece of algebra software. I remember of going through difficulties with graphing equations, inequalities and 3x3 system of equations. I would simply type in a problem from the workbook , click on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework. I highly recommend the program.
