If you can give details about how too learn algebra, I could provide help to solve the math problem. If you don’t want to pay big bucks for a math tutor, the next best option would be a proper program which can help you to solve the problems. Algebrator is the best I have come across which will elucidate every step of the solution to any math problem that you may enter from your book. You can simply represent as your homework . This Algebrator should be used to learn math rather than for copying answers for assignments.

I would just add a note to what has been said above. Algebrator no doubt is the most useful tool one could have. Always use it as a reference and a means to learn and never to cheat.

I remember having difficulties with adding fractions, simplifying fractions and complex fractions. Algebrator is a really great piece of math software. I have used it through several math classes - Intermediate algebra, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 2. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
